Please share the entire receipt, I'd love to give this a try. I basically went by amazing ribs recipe listed in the ling below( I did not use maple syrup). I adjusted the amount of ingredients for the cure by the weight of my pork belly. I use apple wood to smoke mine. Tried cherry and didn't like it at all. Which wood you smoke it over?
