Axis sliders on Kings Hawaiian rolls topped with a home made pickled cabbage. Cooked them on the griddle and toasted the buns in the grease. Side of sweet potato fries. Awesome - cooked some Philly Cheesesteaks on the Blackstone today - they were great but I reckon your Axis Sliders were the bomb!
