Seared in a cast iron skillet, removed and placed to rest
carmelized onions in the skillet and added worcestershire sauce, little ketchup, red wine, chicken stock, salt, pepper, and a little corn starch to thicken things back up.
Made a bed of garlic mashed potatoes, placed steak, and covered in yummy goodness.
Could have done better on the presentation, but I was too excited to eat it.
