Been looking at a bunch of snake boots and really haven’t narrowed it down any further than when I started. I’d love to find a pair that’s for everything (mud water, spring time and hunting season weather) but if there not a option for all that I’d say for sure waterproof and snake proof. Not really worried bout price if they are good boots. I had a pair of the Justin boots but they got so uncomfortable I couldn’t stand to wear em and I wouldn’t consider them waterproof 100%. Already came across a snake yesterday so it’s time to go ahead and get a pair. Thanks in advance

Irish Setter Vaprtek Snake boots. They will fit your criteria and are one of the most comfortable boots I’ve owned right out of the box.

I concur with this. However, the only downside to the vaprtreks is they will leak sooner rather than later. The best pair of snake boots I ever owned was the Muck Pursuit Cool Snake boot. I got three years out of them turkey hunting and bow hunting.

Look at the danner options.
The sharptail, I believe, was a great boot, but it didn't last me but a year, but they replaced for free. I wear my snake boots every day though, so they're put through more abuse than the average person.

I had a pair of chippewa's to begin with and sent them back. The right and left boot were a .25 size difference, and made overseas soemwhere, so I said no to them.

Just made the switch from Chippewas to Danners and am very happy with them.

I've gone through a few pairs of Justin's, I haven't treated them nicely and they've all held up. They absolutely need a new insole in them before you start wearing them.

Know a few guys with Danners and they swear by them.

Wore my Justin's yesterday. Still effective. Insole addition is important.

I have the Ariat Snake Boots and love them. I used to have Chippewas and they worked for years, but these are much better. More comfortable and water proof.
