Headed back to the pipeline tomorrow, so I made my 9 year old his favorite meal. YUMM!!! The only thing I miss about Florida! Hooters had a really good Cuban sandwich. I'm surprised they took it off the menu. They still have the stuff in the kitchen, so if you ask they may make it for you.

We got introduced to the "Cuban" sandwich in Key West a couple years ago during our driving tour of Florida....what an amazing sandwich....
