Kicking around the idea of making a small batch of jerkey, any suggestions on recipes?

For about 2 pounds of beef I use the following:

1/2 teaspoon of curing salt
1 small can of chipotles peppers with Adobo sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
Marinate over night

Before drying add large pieces of cracked black pepper.

Luck favors the prepared mind.

Didn’t take pics cause well it went quick! Didn’t do anything fancy garlic powder, leaning pepper, curing salt. Let it sit over night put it in the dehydrator let it sit to cool down and with in an hr or so it was all gone! Wife and kids loved it
