Haven't booked any cruises but have had the same problem with two vacations - one for Cancun and the other for Vegas.
Vegas was simple and easy - Spirit cancelled the flight and refunded quickly - hotel offered a date change and a dining credit.
Cancun has been a PITA. Sun Country (never dealing with them again) refused to issue a refund on flights they cancelled. Gave them a bad review on Facebook and called them out for taking a taxpayer bailout and not adhering to DOT guidance - had a call within a few hours and refunds hit today. Resort in Cancun is a whole 'nother monster. Need to rebook dates...Can't get in touch with anyone. Scheduled for the 23-27 of May - Mexico doesn't open up to tourism until the 1st of June - so they'll be closed. Have heard numerous horror stories of them billing people that were scheduled but can't come because they're closed - pretty much just stealing their money. May just book somewhere else for the dates we want to reschedule to - keep all the documentation of phone calls and e-mails and let it be disputed with the CC company. I've used American Express for a long time-three times I've had something like this come up. A simple phone call each time and I never had to bother with any of the events again. Their customer service has been gold.

We were supposed to leave yesterday evening for a cruise through the British Isles. At first they said it could take up to 21 days. When my wife called on the 21st day they told her it could be up to 45 days but the check came through on the 27th day.
American Airlines only took 2 or 3 days to get us the refund.

I had a cruise get canceled that was to leave on 4/20. No refund yet. I paid for 9 flights to Costa Rica in May. We moved the flights to June yesterday. They moved us up to first class, and gave us a 1600 credit. I thought that was pretty cool.

Our Disney cruise just canceled Monday. Either apply 125% to future cruise or refund. We are doing refund. No idea how long it will take. I assume 30 to 60 days. They want to hang onto that cash as long as possible.

I haven't booked a cruise, but I have the same situation with tickets to a concert at Winstar in June. Ticketmaster says up to 30 days to receive a refund.

We had Norwegian Alaska cruise cancelled..90 days for a refund? We will see. should have been leaving May 11th

Not a terrible deal for me since we didn’t opt for trip insurance and this ‘rona crap hit everyone by surprise.

You will get it , and if booked on Carnival, they gonna put 600 bux in your boat account for when you rebook. Just happened to us.

I had 3 Vegas trips with flights and hotels booked when this all started. All were refunded within 2 weeks of the shutdown being announced.

We cancelled our trip to Switzerland in March. Orbitz was great and we had a full cash refund within a week.

We got the call about Alaska cruise. Choice was money back or do it next summer with huge upgrades. We took the next year with upgrades.
Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.
