Made venison dumplings aka potstickers last night. Got the recipe from the Buck Buck Moose cookbook. Fantastic recipe, they tasted great. Definitely worth trying.

Not sure if this is the same one out of the book, but it’s the same chef. He’s got tons of great recipes.

That's the one! It was everything I hoped for.

Made a dipping sauce by combining soy sauce, hoisin, sesame seed oil, a little oyster sauce, little ginger, and some minced green onion.
