Thats badazz. Very cool the use of the (roof mounted plates) vs columns. Has it rained since you finished it? Just wondering how the gutters held up moving the extra run off of rain? Did you up size the gutters or down spouts?

Looks really nice, congratulations.
So, will you most likely not go back to the same employer? Thank you for asking, they found a place for me, but a substantial pay difference. Resume will be put out there if I find the right opportunity. Not a big rush I do love the company I work for, though.

Impressive. Is that a BAF fan? It is a Max Aire, really down forces the air, I thought it was too small, but so far I am happy.

I hung those Edison bulbs on my patio last year. I really like them.
