Man they had those at Costco a couple of months ago. Super cheap like $20. I never realized how amazing they are. Great work man.

Smoked it at 225° until IT was 145°, I seasoned it like I do for ribs, then during the cook I made a mop with: butter, tiger sauce, worcestershire sauce, lemons, onions and fresh garlic. Then when I hit the temp I built up the fire and seared it over the coals for a minute or so. It didn't take long at all to cook, however during the smoke we got a freak rain storm that slowed the cook down, it ended up taking 4-5 hours, I think if it didn't rain it would have taken 3.

Yeah, that's where I got it the week of Easter, Costco didn't have any briskets that I liked and I was worried HEB wasn't going to have any. So I got this as a back up just in case.
