I've been working on my 1997 Kawasaki Mule. This was given to me by a friend when he replaced it with a new Polaris. I've been driving it at our hunting lease for the last ten years or so. I've recently added a light bar, replaced the tires which were foam-filled and badly decaying, reupholstered the seat, and did some regular maintenance like an oil change and new air filters.

It's been a very dependable all-purpose vehicle.

Looks like it was a pretty rough ride before the new tires.

I have a very similar 550 mule (looks just like the second one) with only about 350 hours on it. Garage kept. Might sell if someone was interested.

Love them old mules!
You might be surprised how capable the old ones really are.

Those old ones just run. Minimal issues. That's awesome to see it still trucking along after a couple decades

I like that big plexiglass windshield. I have a roll up plastic one on mine now that makes a huge difference in winter, but it's a little hard to see through when it's dusty. I jus those it off and it's better, but it always needs hosing off. I like yours a lot better!!!

Yep.

I’ve got a ‘07 Polaris. Hard to beat the older machines!

It would beat you up, but you could drive across any pasture, through mesquite and prickly pear, over any terrain without a thought about a flat. I intend to slime these tires but there will always be the risk of a flat.

CORRECTION! I don’t know what I was thinking. It’s a 1990 model 2010.
