Cook all of your meats and veggies first and then set them to the side. For the sauce, add 1 tablespoon of butter, let it melt, cook garlic until slightly browned, and then you add chicken broth (I used stock and it worked great), Worcestershire sauce (I skipped it because I don't like it), and heavy cream then bring it all to a light simmer. Add Cajun spice blend, paprika, and garlic powder to it and mix it in. After that, add Parmesan cheese and whisk it to blend it all together then add salt if needed. Throw your cooked pasta in and mix it in well before adding your meats and veggies.

Sure! Here's the full recipe that you can follow to your tastes.

~1 lb chicken breasts
6-8 oz smoked sausage (sliced to at most .25" thick)
8 oz mushrooms (sliced) [I didn't use these because I didn't have any on hand]
Half of an onion sliced
Half of a green and half of a red bell pepper sliced (or 1 whole of either or)
Cajun and Italian seasonings to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce:
4 cloves garlic (minced) [I used twice this because I love garlic]
1 cup chicken broth/stock
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (I skipped this because I don't like it)
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Paprika
.5 teaspoon garlic powder
.75 cup or ~6 oz Parmesan cheese (freshly grated is best because it melts easier than pre-shredded)
Salt to taste

Pasta:
~8 oz penne pasta

Slice chicken into strips or small chunks. Season the chicken with Cajun and Italian seasonings and salt and pepper. Slice sausage to .25" thick at most. Slice veggies.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium high heat and saute chicken and remove it when done. Do the same for sausage.
Deglaze with a splash chicken broth/stock and add 1 tablespoon butter and saute veggies then remove from pan.

Sauce:
Add 1 tablespoon butter to the pan, melt, cook garlic until slightly browned, then add chicken broth/stock, Worcestershire sauce, and heavy cream then bring to light simmer. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder and stir in.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix in thoroughly to thicken it up. Taste and add salt to taste.
Add cooked pasta, mix in well, and then add the meats and veggies and do the same until everything is nice and warm.
