I was reminded yesterday that a knife is not a pry bar. Anybody willing to fix it up, and reprofile it for me? I’m afraid it’ll cost more than I paid for the knife.

I’d leave it be and keep using it. Scars make good stories.

Just grind it flat, then next time you use it for a pry bar/screwdriver it will be good to go.

Put the blade in a vice between 2 pieces of wood and use a file
to shape it down to the point you want.

I modified a blade with a trailing point into more of a spear point
like this so I’m sure you could do it yourself in short time.

Send it back to Boker and have a new one put on. They might do it for free.

I was able to grind it back into a good profile with my work sharp. I honestly hadn’t even thought of contacting boker.
