I’m throwing a brisket on tomorrow, but with only me, wife, and the kids I’m going to have a ton of left overs. We’ve done chili, tacos, enchilada, and nachos in the past. I’m looking for something different to do with the leftovers. What’s your favorite?

I toss it on pizza and will also chop it up pretty fine and add it to a cheese omelette.

Thanks, Bill. Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to get my kids to eat sliced brisket all week. They must get that from their moms side.

We do throw it on pizza pretty often. We also chop up some red onion and fry it in Empanadas. I forgot about those. I didn't even think about omelettes. I eat a couple of those a week. Thanks!

I'm not sure why I've never thought about stuffing them in Jalapenos. Thanks for the idea!

Tacos. Corn tortillas, pickled red onions, cilantro and a little Mexican cheese on top. Add your favorite salsa.

I added some left over chop to an omelette a couple weeks ago. Will do it again but would also like to make breakfast tacos with brisket.

I usually cook up a bunch of stuff when I fire up my pit, couple briskets, couple racks of ribs, variety of sausage, venison, fajitas, stuffed/wrapped jalapenos, etc. ... a vacuum sealer is then your best friend!!! When I am done cooking, and we finish eating, everything cools off, make up family sized chunks/portions, vacuum seal, freeze. We have been enjoying all sorts of smoked favorites over the past couple of weeks during this shelter in place ... but the above are all good ideas if you want to use over several days instead of freezing.

I make chili with my leftover brisket, my base is Carrol Shelby's chili mix, and I add
onions and jalepenoes. Top it off with sharp cheddar and Fritos or crackers, can't
be beat.
