Damn those look good, I haven’t had them in a while.
Need more seasoning on those potatoes and corn Ricky!! I let my guest decide if they want the extra seasoning dust or not. Neighbor isn’t a fan, we have extra seasoning on the side in a bowl next to the butter bowl.

If you have not tried adding cauliflower to your boil, give it a try. It really absorbs the spices well and has been a big hit at some of our past boils.
Dang it, I’m thinking it’s time to do a boil as soon as we can have a get together again.

Dang it, I’m thinking it’s time to do a boil as soon as we can have a get together again. Yes, we usually have broccoli and cauliflower, but with all the extra crawfish and not being able to call people over, we scaled back a lot. Didn’t have shrimp or sausage either, just as basic as we could be.
