Late lunch they come off when they are ready. Been too long since we have had a good lazy weekend. Got margarita fixing some beer snack when we are hungry and eat when it’s done.

I’ve never had Dino ribs before but they look great.
I’d peel membrane off any rib I cooked.

I’ve left the membrane on and taken it off with short ribs. Can’t tel a difference. Short ribs make great taco meat if you cut it up real small.
