I am looking for a lease in or around Parker County. Kids and businesses will not let me go too far. Thanks.

Hard to find. Most of the property is small or broken up.
The good deer come from the few big ranches that don't allow any hunting.
There are some very good deer on those places and around the river. I know of four deer shot within 3-4 miles of my house that all went over 150".
Good luck. I"ve been trying to find a spot to bow hunt but, no such place yet.

Same here Craig...I was fortunate enough to hunt the ranch bordering Moncrief two years ago and took about a 130 off of it

I believe I have also been out to the same place you speak of, duck hunting. I am good friends with the Moncriefs, but no chance of hunting out there. Nobody gets to any more. They have been burned out there before.

No this place is tiny compared to moncriefs...it's just a sliver of land in between moncrief and another big ranch with a lake on it...my buddy has the ranch hay leased...i'm betting this is the place you got to duck hunt???
