In Abilene the personal trucks are dominated by Ram, but the business ownership of trucks are lead by Chevy/GMC.

I can’t get over that commercial with the small tool box falling over the side of the truck bed and putting a hole in the bed of that aluminum Ford

A deal breaker for me right there

Step up to truck with a whole bed. My 2003, 2009, 2014 long bed Superdutys had 34 gallon tanks. My 2019 super duty long bed has a 50 gallon tank. I had a ‘99 and ‘01 shortbed super duty with the 26 gallon tank. No good for towing, couldn’t carry more than a cooler and 1 dog box after mounting a tool box in the bed.

I had a Dodge twice. Never again. I understand that Ram is supposedly different but whatever.

Tundras upgraded to a 38 about that time. 26 in a Tundra is ridiculous the way they go through gas. I had dual 18s in my '87 F150. Other then the possibility of a switch going bad I really liked the dual tanks. Problem was that 351 with the Holley double pumper needed a 50 gallon tank at least. I opened it up on I20 west of Weatherford for about 20 miles and you could watch the gauge drop.
