Just bought Seekins rings with a Picatinny rail for my Remington 700 in 7mmMag.

You didn't say what the purpose of the rifle is. However, if it's a pure hunting rifle (the scope will permenatnly be mounted to the rifle), then I still really like Talley once piece rings. Very affordable, eliminates one component (Murpgy's Law) and they're really light weight. I have fired enough 270 and 223 with these rings to know they hold. Disclaimer: both are more hunting style scopes so they're not super heavy.

Might require high rings depending on scope length, eye relief, and barrel contour with a 50mm objective. I like to be able to slide a business card between the bell and the barrel. Take that and a dollar and get thrown out of a Starbuck's. cheers

I have a couple with DNZ game reaper one piece I really like, don't know about which height for a 50mm obj.
A couple others with Tally lightweight one piece.

Both do their job perfectly.
