Getting bored, so tried my hand at fried cheese. Used Mexican Blend, some bagel chips, and one of those bullet-proof skillets. I put down 4 piles of cheese, set a bagel chip on each pile, more cheese on top, then covered the whole mess with a large paper plate and cranked up the burner to medium heat.








Flipped the conglomeration and let it sit a bit longer on the burner, removed it from the skillet and cut it into 4 pieces.

Instead of the bagel chips, you can use any kind of cracker you have on hand. You can also use any cheese you have. You can also add a slice of jalapeno; or onion; or galic powder; or pepperoni! Go for it!!

Looks a lot lot nachos. How do you like that copper pan?

I really like the copper pan. Had it for a couple of years now and it still performs as advertised.

Don't tell Cast. He will throws fit.

The copper pan has worked really well for me. I can fry an egg with just a misting of cooking oi or a drop of bacon fat, and it slides right out. I fry cheese with no oil on a regular basis, and it slides right out. Clean up is a breeze with everything I've tried. I've heard lots of stories about the failure of these pans, but after about 3 years of hard use, I'd go out and buy another one if this one got damaged, so I haven't seen any failures in my tiny sample of one pan!

Most of those people aren't using the proper utensil on their pans and that's why they have failure. Nylon, plastic, rubber, and wood are the only acceptable ones to use on a nonstick pan.
