I really like the copper pan. Had it for a couple of years now and it still performs as advertised.

Looks good The copper pan has worked really well for me. I can fry an egg with just a misting of cooking oi or a drop of bacon fat, and it slides right out. I fry cheese with no oil on a regular basis, and it slides right out. Clean up is a breeze with everything I've tried. I've heard lots of stories about the failure of these pans, but after about 3 years of hard use, I'd go out and buy another one if this one got damaged, so I haven't seen any failures in my tiny sample of one pan!

Most of those people aren't using the proper utensil on their pans and that's why they have failure. Nylon, plastic, rubber, and wood are the only acceptable ones to use on a nonstick pan.
