First time making it from scratch. Garvey turned out almost perfect for my first time but needed some more salt and pepper was a little too bland. Chicken fried steak came out pretty good. Forgot to take some good pictures but this was left overs.

I added salt and pepper. Whole good amount of pepper that’s my favorite part. I just think it needed more salt.

Woo Hoooo!!!! That looks good! I like the steamed veggies and even though I can't taste it your gravy looks legit. Remember, you can always add salt, you can't always take it away! Ya' done good!

One problem I had since I was cooking so many is I could only do two at a time in my cast iron skillet. And the stove doesn’t put off the right amount of heat imo seems too weak. So if I have more than one burner on it takes forever to do something like this and I’m wore out by the time it’s all done trying to get everything to be ready at the same time and still be warm.
