All your meals look amazing! What are the details of your diet and how is it working?

Thanks
The diet I actually heard about from Roger Ragland.
He came up with a diet plan that he lost a bunch of weight on,and has been keeping it off.
Part of it is intermittent fasting. I try to eat only between noon and 7-8 in evening.
I have 1 mug of coffee in the morning. Then eat lunch and supper.
For lunch try to mostly eat veggies or soup. Evening a good meal with preferably lean meat and veggies.
Like most diets, none of the good stuff.
No sweets,breads,biscuits,tortillas,chips,corn,potatoes,pasta,rice,cheese,milk, or alcohol.
I eat salads a bunch for lunch with oil and vinegar. And drink lots of cold water throughout the day.
I have lost 95 lbs. on the diet.

I'd dive right into that plate, head first, and eat my way around it. No utensils required. banana

95 pounds. That’s fantastic. Unless you were 600 pounds.

Yes Sir.
Thank you.
I started at 302.
My goal was to get down to 200.
Getting close.

Outstanding up food looks great. Pretty close to how I always have eaten. I’m not big on fried food at all. I fast 1 day a week on Mondays. Also don’t eat or drink anything after 7pm. I started out at 205 and I’m down to 182. Could probably go down more but my goal is 175ish and I still eat some ice cream cheese cake.
