working from home during this pandemic, decided to make my wife an omelette for her breakfast this morning between telecoms. 2 eggs, splash of milk, whisked. 2 slices of bacon, chopped and cooked 2 turkey sausage patties, chopped and cooked, wedge of sweet onion, chopped and lightly cooked, fresh spinach, chopped grated mild cheddar cheese copper skillet, with drippings from bacon & sausage ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2020/04/full-39202-225356-omelletteopen.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2020/04/full-39202-225357-omelletteopendone.jpg) almost overcooked the eggs by the time I flipped it ... she thought it was great

I agree, but since my wife had stomach surgery, she has really cut back on spicy stuff ... tears her up (guessing on scar tissue)
