Fricasse'd, smothered, braised, whatever you want to call it. Made homemade mashed potatos, buttered toast out of homemade bread also. I've had my grandma's big cast iron skilletr and home made lid for a while. Yesterday Mom gave me grandma's cake pan too. Grandma always had a xake in this pan on the kitchen table. I have been after it for a while, Mom finally let it go. Homemade chocolate fudge cake and chocolate pecan frosting
