Since the gym is shut down I’m reduced to exercising in the garage.

Never knew how much I had beat up my body with heavy free weights....I do a push up my joints sound like gristle on gristle. Snap crackle and pop

Feeling pretty good though, gonna start ramping up the cardio as soon as weather clears.

I had been working 5 days per week at the gym January and February until they shut the gyms down a few weeks ago.

I just got a Precor Elliptical/Crosstrainer off Facebook Marketplace yesterday and ordered a Abdominal crunch bench today, I am setting up a mini gym in my house.

Free weights seem to be sold out at all retail places as of late.

I do miss working out and plan on starting back Monday, I still rather go to the gym, then work out at home. I miss the weight machines they have

Since I started working at home full time, we moved the old giant treadmill to the garage so we (my wife) could use it without bothering me. It hasn't been turned on since! I keep saying I'm going to use it on my breaks but I never do! I've gained 10lbs in the last month.

45 minutes of mat exercises and stretching 3x week, 4 mile brisk walk whenever the weather allows, 5-6 days a week most weeks. I started carrying a 1lb weight in each hand this week, every other day, going up to 2lbs next week.

Nordic Track cross country ski machine.

I went to the track to walk this afternoon. Very few there and everyone kept their distance.

Spend money on a good pack. Makes the transfer of weight to your hips and legs a lot better, and saves the shoulders and back

I exercise about 30 minutes twice a day at home. Used to go to the park and walk a little about once a week, but this stuff has stopped that.

I am hoping they open the gyms back up on Monday. You can't work out at home like you can at the gym.

I ordered a Abs Crunch bench crunch on April 4th, they finally shipped it on Tuesday, Freight forward company called me and said they would deliver it on next Monday.

I have been walking close to an hour each morning, doing some elliptical and with work I stay pretty busy lately.

I have been enjoying the weather, since it finally warmed up and quit raining every day

City rec center will reopen after summer which is crazy. My home workouts have sucked. Barely maintaining. Going to get a private gym membership as soon as they open.

I am back to walking near one of our parks. The area is in a flood plain the old streets are still there and open. I started dumping a coffee can of corn every time we go. No houses or any people for about a half mile. We have seen deer about 2 miles farther south, and the deer corn is gone every time. This is only about 2 miles from the center of Abilene. I would try a camera, but a couple of homeless camps are in the area.

Use to go to the gym 6 days a week and stay for 2-2.5 hours mainly on free weights, that was many moons ago. Bought my kids memberships to 24 hour fitness center while they were home but did not join myself just not the same.
I walk anywhere from 4-7 miles a day, workout 6 days a week with 5-35 lb dumbbells doing various exercise and work on the 70lb punching bag usually twice a week weather permitting. I need to do more strenuous cardio.

And No BIL I do not get blown up on those incredible weights I am pushing rofl

Can't walk outside around here unless you are carrying or at least have a bat or something because of the damn loose dogs. Much safer in the 55 and older center. I was going 6 days a week until I threw my back out last year. It's all went downhill since!
