stupid pandemic

I have a bunch of people inquiring about pics. I will get some taken next week. I'm also lowering the price to 150k to get it moved asap.
I've taken a 30% hit on my computer investments but land is still worth what it was prior to all this BS. Buy land now and protect yourself against the next "pandemic"....

If you still have the land and still interested in selling it,,, I suggest you post a google earth pic of the property, knowing it is 5 mi SE of Turkey, and what hwy it is on, we can find it and look at it on google earth . I am a cash buyer and am interested in seeing what it looks like. Posting a google earth pic should take you about 3 minutes to do.

The NE corner of the place is less than 100yds off of Kent creek. BIG neighbors, tons of diverse game, and at the end of a dead end road! What more could you ask for in a recreational property...

Lots of inquiries but nobody has actually come to look yet. This place has it all for hunting opportunity. Whitetail, muledeer, turkeys, and lots of hogs to keep you happy in the off season. You aren't going to find another small place in this area with such big neighbors, especially so close to the creek and river.
