My bride has been after me to write a book for several years now, I would agree as a good husband would but didn't do anything to get it rolling. About a month ago, a good friend came by the office just to say, "Hi". In our conversation, I asked what he was doing and he said that he was back in the publishing business. Deb overheard his response and then she hit him with the idea of publishing a book for us and the rest is history.
Looks like it will be approximately 300 pages and include about 200 photos, most all of them color. I will be writing a little on rattling whitetails, calling turkeys but most of the book will be a "how to" on calling predators. Everything in this book is common sense experience gained by a ranch raised country boy with 60 years of hunting experience across the Southwest. The only time I get a little technical is when I explain ultrasonics and once you understand it, you will realize why being able to produce the true animal sound is important. I hope to have everything to the publisher today and have a finished product by the end of July.

I may make a limited number of hardbacks but not sure at this time. Need to find out the cost, most likely it will be leather bound instead of regular hardback.

Thanks for the interest. The color photos will be much more entertaining than my writing. At this time, I believe there will be approximately 200 photos. There will be a few old B&W's from years past.
