Does anyone know where I can buy Stampede Deer Mix?
I live in Corsicana, but I hunt in Nolan County, south of Sweetwater.
Thanks

Is that a roasted soybean, corn mix? If so, roll your own. Bryant Grain here in Aledo sells roasted soybeans and corn. Just mix your own. I've been doing it for years, and the deer and turkey really go for it.

I don't know what they are currently getting a bag. If I remember last year it was 15 and some change for a 50lb bag. I usually go 4-1 ratio of corn to soybeans. Now that being said, call to make sure they have it. I have never (10 years) had them out of it, and they bag their own label, but just to be sure. I usually get mine in August- Sept when we fill the feeders.

Thank you, I did call, it is $17.00 a 50lb bag, right now but I am sure that will go up later in the year.

That seems a little steep to me. I guess like everything else, its going up. One other product that I have used in the past is called Mr Buck. It is a corn/soybean mix. It was around 15 a bag and didn't have near the soybean in it. Thats what I like about buying from Bryants, I mix my own ratio and I think its cheaper.

I went to Bryants yesterday and picked up 3 bags of the soybeans.17.45 a bag. I didn't realize how high in protein they are, 36%. Sure wouldn't want to feed them too heavy. I am thinking to mix about 25% soybeans and 75% corn.
