can we still drag our campers to open camp sites/grounds? got a spot reserved in the next couple of weeks, they are still open for business.

Ask where you made the reservation. Depending upon what our Governor says in the next 24 hours, I would not assume anything.

TPWD state parks, yes most are still open, just not the check in stations.
