I have some boneless skinless breasts. I'm tired of the standard fare, anyone have any ideas for a good dish using them?

Brine them overnight in sweet salt water. Butterfly them. Put asparagus and scallion inside. Mix cream cheese, horseradish and crab meat. Put a dollop inside and close butterfly. Wrap with bacon and smoke. Make sure your mama is out of slapping range.

One of my favorites. I no longer pound out the chicken breast, I slice them into two pieces. No egg wash needed.

Put in crock pot with salt, pepper, cumin, garlic and a can of rotel. Slow cook all day. Shredded chicken tacos. I do mine with 1 onion, jalapenos, cumin, garlic and a half bottle of Old El Paso taco sauce. For me it has to be Ol El Paso, the Ortega sauce isn't the same.
