My son and I couldn’t close the deal on a tom last weekend, but he did manage to take his first pig. I cooked one ham overnight on the egg and one overnight is the slow cooker. Both pulled better than I expected. Flavor was better on the egg, meat was more tender in the slow cooker. South Texas breakfast of champions.
