Made these last weekend. Those look delicious!
I have never made those,may have to try someday. They are super easy to make, can seem time consuming at first, but once you figure out the technique it goes quick.

never tried making either ... I guess you can buy the wrappers at the grocery store? or do you make them?

Buy the wrappers at the store.
Brown the meat and then drain.
Save a bit if the meat drippings and add teriyaki sauce to the pan. Toss in shredded carrots and a couple bags of shredded cabbage. When the veggies are cooked down stir in the meat. Season to taste. Strain again then start rolling...
Fry until crisp in hot grease....
Very easy...
