Thanks Ben, the biggest pain is setting the guard right. I worked on the guard longer than I like to spend on a knife, about five hours milling slot and making it fit tight around the blade, then sanding it to 2000g and buffing it. I'm usually backed up on custom orders but since this beer virus I'm down to about two customs a week so I had some free time. and I do like bowie style knives.
