Go to Bucees. They carry some nice ones in different sizes. Cajun Fryer if I remember is the name.

Go to Bucees. They carry some nice ones in different sizes. Cajun Fryer if I remember is the name. Friend of mine has one of these and can't quit bragging about it.

Cajun Fryers are unbelievable and great for reusing oil as the cornmeal or flour fall to the bottom and can be easily removed.

I used to help cook for a couple annual events. We used 2 of the 6 basket Cajun Fryers, they work great!
