Looking for 1 maybe 2 members to fill our 1800 acre lease in Archer county. There will be a total of 7 or 8 max on the lease. Camp site with electric no water. Price is 2000 a spot and it is a family friendly lease. Guest hunt off your tags.
Thank you

If we have 8 people we will retain the quail rights. If we only want 7 on the lease then we have to lease out the quail rights. We have a great group of members right now. We lost 1 due to job location so we are gonna fill a spot for him. There are some great bucks in the area and alot of hogs and coyotes for the varmint hunters.

Are you saying if the group becomes 8 then the group of 8 get the quail hunting rights and if the group fails to get the 8th then you will lease the quail rights out separately?
