Use the "Nextdoor" app to join or start a pool of folks offering to help neighbors who need help. You can remain almost anonymous by working in the background and funneling supplies through others if you prefer.
This is working well here in my neighborhood.

Someone started one of those in our neighborhood several years ago. In ever really got off the ground.

I helped my 80+ year old neighbors plant tomatoes, cucumbers and squash in syrup tubs so they had a hobby last year. Now they have peppers, tomatillos, and blueberries in addition to the other stuff this year.
Sometimes it's hard being me! But somebody has to do it.

Yes, certainly.
Around here, that is how the rest of us find out who does need help - but are not asking for help. It isn't perfect, but it gives people a chance to help because they know where to find stuff that is needed.

The man, who lived in Richardson and was in his 60s, was found dead at his home and was one of 20 new positive cases in Dallas County.
