Been watching this now and strayed away from the news as a bunch of it is mere propaganda and BS. Watching riots, stabbings etc etc all over west Texas and the Country.
I always thought Texas more so West Texas people were better then the rest of people in most states. They have proved me wrong. Sad, sad and sad. No I haven't hoarded etc. Wife and daughter have picked up what they could and we have done fine without.
It hit the fan in the last few days here and some of the stuff I am in total disgust people are doing. Proves the United States can not survive as a Socialist country, fact.
I truly hope you are ok and have not fallen to the arse hole level most have as I hold some of you in higher regard than most others.

I haven't heard one case of riots or stabbings.

Me neither. Do you have any links? The suspect in the stabbing Saturday night at Sam’s Club allegedly admitted to trying to kill a family that was also inside the store, according to court documents. Jose L. Gomez III, 19, was charged with three counts of attempted capital murder, with a $300,000 bond for each count, and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, that has a $100,000 bond. Gomez entered the store where he attempted to kill the family, according to the arrest affidavit. A person—later identified as Zack Owen and a Sam’s employee — intervened and tried to stop Gomez from assaulting the family but was stabbed in the leg with a knife, according to the arrest affidavit.

I believe 7mag is referring to the the selfish way a few people acted at the start of this "parade". The toilet paper hoarders,along with the other "good christian" slobs.

I still believe West Texas people are a cut above the rest. That kind of stuff ain't happening in San Angelo yet. Midland/Odessa is different, the majority aren't from there and they are not friendly on the road or in person. I just left Midland after being there all morning. Just like everytime I'm here I had several people pull right out in front of me, I can go weeks without that happening anywhere else.
