Don’t look at your portfolio. Not looking at your portfolio doesnt work with shorting. And there was plenty money made for those that work the cycles.

Don’t look at your portfolio. Not looking at your portfolio doesnt work with shorting. And there was plenty money made for those that work the cycles. Also plenty made with much simpler way called using your brain and not near as much work......Exxon/Mobil, Chevron and Disney are examples looking at them now from their March lows.....

Was anyone on here smart enough to see what Chesapeake Energy was going to do. Sheesh. That ones mind blowing, LTM, ASGN etc all made sense, CHK not so much. That company scares me though, even Boeing is less scary then CHK

When you go down at my age it gets harder and harder to get back up. To think where we were just no time ago at all and now we are about where we were Thanksgiving and everybody couldnt believe it was that high. Not 29 yet but Im surprisingly happy(knock on wood.)
At some point in life its time to quit chasing the pot of gold and just enjoy the rainbow. FR Keep your gratitude higher than your expectations. RWH

My picks were simple, I referred back to all the guys that I know that made a fortune after 9/11. Funny enough, my wife suggested buying Wayfair at $24 . I have done really well but had i listed to her , I'd be much better off.

Then lost a chunk after close when they reported they were readying a bankruptcy filing.
