A neighbor gardener gave me a jar of homemade sauerkraut. Its tough to find a deli in my area that makes reuben sandwiches, so i made one for lunch Thinking of emailing him the link to this thread as another way of thanking him.  There was a place in Tulsa, OK...Diamond Jack's. They made a heavenly reuben. They are closed now. I make them here, but nothing like those. The ones from Arby's are a sin.

How do you make them Bill? I start with corned beef and kraut for 30 seconds in the microwave. Then make like Texas toast with the rye bread, top it with swiss cheese, put it together and plate it.
