Wednesday night for dinner I took the easy way out.

I chopped
Sweet potato
Carrots
Broccoli
Onion
Green beans
And link sausage

I spread everything out added salt, pepper and a small drizzle of olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet and baked it for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Cleanup was easy since I lined my pan with foil.

Sometimes after cooking I will add crumbles of blue cheese to the meal.

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill
