My wife knows that I've been experimenting with different dishes using the air fryer, so when she found a recipe on one of the sites she frequents, she sent it to me to try. It was entitled "Air Fryer Cake," but as you can see, it's a few, cupcake-sized, pudding-like servings. Not sure I'll make them again since they are very high in calories, and a bit of a PITA to make. (It makes 4 at a time, but being a team player, I had to eat one! Tasty, but too sweet for my liking.)

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

Resistance is futile if you like to cook, Cast! Break down, relax, indulge yourself with one of the new "miracle" toys! You'll come to love it very quickly. I found a few frozen onion rings that had gotten pushed back and covered up by other frozen foods, so I dragged 'em out, popped them in the fryer, and they came out tasting so good that my wife and I were fighting over them. (She won, as usual.) I'm going to try some Stir Fry Veggies that were in the freezer as well; I'll let you all know how they turn out.
