Tried some canned "Grands" and they came out great! Got some bacon on, now, just to see how it goes. Here's the bacon; turned out very well and no clean-up to speak of! I cooked a quarter pound of thin sliced bacon at a time with this experiment.

Try Walmart frozen buttermilk biscuits. They’re really good and you can cook a few or a bunch.

Here's a (bad!) pic of the air fryer I'm using. Brand name is COSORI; 5.8 quart; Model CP158-AF

Gotta give us them there times and temps so we can whip up bodacious bacon and biscuits Each fryer is different, but for mine: For bacon, I preheat the oven for 5 minutes @ 200; then I put the strips of bacon into the basket and cook at 320 degrees for about 8 minutes. This is thin sliced bacon I used, so I know that thick sliced bacon will require more time. For the big biscuits, I set the GRANDS into the basket, set the heat to 360, and the time to 8 minutes. For the regular sizes, 5 minutes seems to get them done. I turn the biscuits over at the half-way mark on the cook time to get an even browning

It's quick, Herbie, and doesn't heat up the kitchen near as much as having the oven on. And, with the bacon, you don't have grease spattered all over the stove top since it's all contained in the fryer itself.

interesting ... now I need to go do some research to see how that works ... PMK, it works just like a convection oven, but has a much smaller cooking area to heat, so it cooks more quickly than a standard convection oven. It's got a basket to put the foods in and the basket has "vents" all the way around it. Hot air comes from the top of the unit and circulates through the food. It doesn't actually "fry" food, it bakes it.

My wife has been cooking Grands in the air fryer or a couple of weeks now, always turn out great. I'll ask her to try some bacon next time after seeing this.
