What's the cook time to get them that tender? Pressure cooked for 22 minutes, then air crisped at 390° for 10 minutes.

I got a Ninja Foodi a couple of months ago. Great for chicken wings and also steaming shrimp. I am definitely going to try your pressure cook then air fry method!
