Left over white rice from last night and the left over tenderloin from last week.(yes we froze it)

Doesn’t look too bad I love left over pork loin. Mine never makes it to the freezer though. It’s normally gone in 2 days. Toss some toasted sesame seeds and scallions on it next time and a fried egg on top.

Looks good, I love fried rice! Looks a lot like my mom's fried rice and I can eat my weight in that stuff.

No worries on the week in the fridge, the food network especially and I think people in general these days are way to afraid of stuff that has been in the fridge.
