I eat venison stir fry 2 - 3 times a day. Nothing fancy, 3 oz. of meat, an egg, 1/2 cup jasmine rice or oatmeal w/ bone broth, And a big handful of a leafy vegetable. With a few shakes of sesame seeds. I also add some mushrooms and a half an avocado when possible. I also like using avocado oil in my pan.

Mom made it growing up. She cut venison into small strips and seared in pan with some tereoky (SP) sauce then added frozen stirfry vegies and served over fried rice. I loved it.

I've made Orange beef...I mean Venison. Just cut the strips on venison, coat in corn starch and fry. Set aside for a minute while you stir fry some broccoli. Add the orange deer back in and pour in a little store bought orange sauce. viola! Serve over Rice.

I think venison bulgogi would be excellent.
