Looks pretty close to Minute Maid sans the train. Charlie Zack Hample did a You Tube video comparing the two stadiums and they are very similar.

Surely y’all will enjoy the A/C June-September. Welcome to the 21st century. Good question. What was the question? What’s the seating capacity compared to the ballpark? Now that’s a question....the answer is new stadium is smaller. 40-41k at the new and the old is/was little over 49k.

I bet building it smaller had to do with cost. I would also venture to say it will cost more to go to the games and the concessions will be pricey so they can get that $$$$.

I'll go at least once if the tickets are too bad. A/C will be nice especially for us older folks. Loved going to the original stadium back in the day...especially on bat night!

Less capacity can also mean higher demand for tickets, resulting un higher ticket prices. Marketing 101 It's all about the MONEY.

I'm going in a few weeks to see Chris Stapleton and Willie. I'll probably never go to a baseball game there though.
