Looks great. How much did it weigh and how long did you cook it? About 4 pounds. About 7 hours until internal temp hit 190 degrees.

looks great!  ...most of my younger years we never pulled / shredded the pork, we would slice into steaks. Of course some would end up falling apart which with a little sauce became "pulled" pork but that wasn't our intent.
