Like it, dislike, opinions?

I get it that it is just to dang hot to enjoy a baseball game in July around here, but I do not like the looks of it, appears cold and blah looking unlike the older other stadiums with architectural character.
What do you think?

I started going to Ranger games in the old stadium...I was so excited to see the ballpark being built and loved going there.

This new ballpark not so much. I’ll reserve final comment until after I see it in person...

Good Lord I am getting old. I remember the “old stadium” and then remember the “new stadium.” I loved them both.
Used to loved the sign that used to mark where home plate used to be. Ha.
Back in the day made many a trip to see games.

Used to fish with Mike Stanley. He caught Ryan’s last no hitter.

When will new on be completed?

I’m looking forward to checking it out. Hope the acoustics are such that it can get loud in there.

I had a friend at that game with his teen son. They were in the bleacher in center-right field. After watching three innings they walked out, bought seats a few rows back behind the plate to watch the rest of the game.

He told me that he could tell something special was happening on the mound. He kept both sets of ticket stubs and had them framed with the newspaper.

I got to see Nolan and Pudge a few times...loved that field. Then they built "The Ballpark" I loved that place. This one I'm not as excited about.....

I've been to the one in Seattle with the roof on train cars. They actually had to close the roof mid-game because of rain.

I call it encroachment. I trained bird dogs in that area in the 60s.

I have not been to a game since 1979 at the old Arlington Stadium. Miserable place to watch a game in July or August so I understand the need for AC. The photos of the new stadium look impressive but I prefer the old classic look.

I saw my first Ranger games in the old Arlington Stadium, when I was in high school. Some of my buddies worked out there too.
I liked it.
I liked the Ball Park.
I like the new stadium too.
I'm REALLY going to like it in August.

What’s the seating capacity compared to the ballpark?

I loved the Ballpark in Arlington (the one they used last year). IT was a beautiful ballpark. BUT, I would not go to a game in July or August since my kids almost had a heat stroke at an august game and we had to leave early. Im very looking forward to the roof and a/c. Will actually enjoy going to a game in the summers again. Even if the new one doesn't have the same architectural beauty as the last one, its worth the trade for the a/c.

I went to the old Arlington Stadium as a kid to watch them. Watched them a few times at The Ballpark. Will go once to see them at the new stadium just to see the stadium. The Rangers are gonna suck for such a long time that once is all I think I need to go to the new stadium. It takes more than a roof to make the team a winner. Why voters fell for that pack of lies is beyond me.
