I made these last weekend and they were really good . I had not made them in a long time till I saw the potato skin post a while back. Me and my wife used to go to TGI Fridays and eat these when we were dating. Looks more like a full meal to me. I guess it all depends on how many people are eating. You are correct though, it was a full meal for me and my wife. We actually had some leftovers for the next day.
