I have a Sheridan Silver Streak 20 caliber air rifle, from about 1980 or so. A thread in the off topic section reminded me that I want it refurbed. I’m pretty sure I can get the necessary parts, once I figure out what parts package I need. What I don’t know is how tough it is to do the refurb myself. Any of you guys ever do this? What I read about this suggests that the parts come with no instructions. As I age, I find that reading the instructions can be helpful.

Ive done all my crosman air rifles and pistols, from wally world and from custom shop. Some were moded and a couple were mi 80s refurbs. Search on you tube and you will also find some videos on disassembly .

First I have to take it apart to see what kit it will require.
